Desiderium - Handmade Pocket Journal

A melancholic companion... for quiet thoughts, private poems, flowers tucked away.

This handmade journal is made from well-loved repurposed covers with climbing green flowers, and a small detail of a 19th-century engraving. The journal is also lined with two engravings of brooding Victorian ladies. 

This is a small journal, measuring 6" x 4", filled with 70 pages of 60 lb acid free, fine tooth sketch paper - perfect for writing or drawing with dry mediums.

Each page is torn by hand and stitched together with black waxed linen. The binding allows the book to lay completely flat.
