Hypnos - Handmade Journal

I'm so excited to share these handmade journals with you, which I slowly make in small batches with repurposed covers from antique books. Each one is unique, featuring different cover designs, stitch patterns, and materials. 

This journal features a brilliant gold shimmer cover with sleepy Art Nouveau poppies and the slightest hint of green patina. The inside covers are lined with beautiful handmade Lokta paper. 

Filled with 78 sheets (156 pages) of 80 lb Strathmore recycled drawing paper, hand-cut for a lightly deckled edge. It's a very nice weight, soft white, and acid free - perfect for writing, drawing, and possibly light watercolor washes. The flexible binding allows the book to open completely flat.

Measures 4 1/8” x 6 1/4”.
